So is the Teddie Roosevelt NP in Wyoming?

What a beautiful and very ancient landscape. Imagine the millions and millions of years it took to erode this landscape down to the beauty it is now.

I visited Teddy Rosevelt Park back in the day and the little house he lived in too. A very peaceful place ❤️

So happy to see this as we just there in September. Pompey's Pillar caught my attention in the Sunday morning piece, although it wasn't part of the KZbin version. It bears repeating, possibly including some background about Pompey's Pillar.

So beautiful President Roosevelt would want the national land that was sold a few years ago, to be returned to that state, it would cost us but would be worth it

I live fairly close to Roosevelt's Long Island home. It is filled with trophies like elephant tusks, which today would brand him cruel. He was multidimensional. He could be ecology-minded and a hunter, a Jingoist and a reclusive sort....He was human. It is sad that any good he did has resorted in people tearing down his statues.

It's the confederate traitor statues going down, not Teddy.

Theodore Roosevelt came to North Dakota after the double punch of losing his wife and mother on the same night. He said forever afterward that had he not gone to North Dakota, he never would have become President.

Something the GOP would've cemented over, put a pipeline thru and built ugly condos on... is the correct response. Biden is a friend of the planet. 🇺🇸🌍

@@richmoves , that is true. The FORMER president has 2 sons that hunted. Glad he is gone. Joe Biden is the antithesis of the FORMER president. Kind, humble and a animal lover.
