I'm confused. I thought that you're not supposed to cover the seeds in order for them to germinate?

So all you have to do is find some seeds and put them on a dinner plate. Get some lumpy dirt and put it in a pot and give it a good dousing of vodka. Sprinkle the seeds on top of the mud then place a bunch more heavy clumpy dirt on top so the seeds are good and buried then drown it with more vodka. Got it.

Is it beat to scatter seeds in the fall or wait until spring?

Because I have many seeds, I like to covered with dirt because only the strongest seeds to sprout. With strongest seeds I have a very good quality on plants.
