Brilliant tent for one person with bags. Can be put up inner or outer first if using footprint. The green 20D cost in UK between £135 to £155

I haven't tried putting the outer up first yet. I can see that it would be fairly simple to do though.

@@personaltimeoutdoors In June I had 2 weeks cycle camping in France. The fly was wet every morning so took inner down first and put in pod bag just take a little longer

It was a good trip. My cycling buddy tried my tent and bought the same he's ​over 6ft tall. 3 mods we did. 1/ put 4 inch bungies on footprint and inner tent 2/ "Use the cords you take off on the zips 3/ bought longer pegs of same design as a lot of our campsites are soft grass. A few extra grams isn't a problem on a bike. @@personaltimeoutdoors

@@davidanness6180 I was trying to think of something to replace the fabric zipper pulls with. They just don't work that well. Do using the cords make them work more smoothly?

Here in the UK..we have loads of options. American gear tends to be over priced and under performance..

Ok, thanks for commenting about that. The cottage company gear made in the US is definitely pricey. Was my guess that the naturehike tents are popular in the UK correct? I'm only basing that on what I've seen on KZbin which is admittedly a small sample size.

I'd recommend checking out summit or nothing on YT. He reviews a bunch of different tents and he's in the UK.

The 20D version I have is usually around $130 on Amazon. Often times you can save $15 to $20 if you order through Ali Express. The polyester version is cheaper so you just have to read carefully to make sure you are buying the version you want.

If you look at the weight vs the price then I think it is a good price for a free standing tent. Yes, there are many tents that cost less but they will come at a weight penalty. Even with this tent, you can get the polyester version for $90 or less but it is a pound heavier.
