Next time try and fry the fish in polenta. Rub the fillet with a bit of oil so the polenta stick to it, then fry. Very common recipe in Eastern Europe. Good fishing session!

@@fishdisco3107 yes Lincoln I was out Friday, Saturday Sunday n Monday morning early tides as they was massive. I had fish on the first 3 days , soles, flounders, eels , dogs all of a good stamp , but Monday only had some rag left what had to use up n they dint wana no . Same mark same rigs but day 4 Monday no lucky Lug left and it was a blank . I was devoed lol . Just shows bait is king Lincoln at some marks. All the best chief.

No 2 days are ever the same are they, and you can’t rely on anything! Great to hear your getting plenty of fishing in though, can’t beat it. Hi Clive, if your with your kids I would suggest anywhere from the car park to the dragons teeth will probably fish much the same….Forecast for Tuesday looks pretty settled at the moment so fishing should be comfortable. Anything can happen on Chesil though, my buddy & his brother fished the Portland end on Sunday, they were there all day & blanked… it happens! I wish you all good luck 😎😊👍👍

Hi Lincoln Great video again mate & loads of whitebait grab as many as you can use them as hook bait if the conditions are right use them live on a float rig. Well as for the fishing last Thursday didn't go as the wind was blowing a bit of a strong one here in Wellington so over on west bexington abbotsbury it would of been stronger & rougher probably big murky too so a bit of downer.i guess it won't b long b for the cod arrive so that'll b interesting to see what the cod fishing will b like this year. Pick up some of those Whitebait put hook through the eyes on how many you like to mount on hook? then whip tail ends up the shanks get all sorts on them as many things will be swimming around scooping up the dead Whitebait in the water. Had Spotty Rays along there before on that method.

I was going to have a daytime session, but my mate & his brother fished ferrybridge the day before & blanked! So I thought I might see a few more fishing through darkness & daybreak. I'd have thrown the stinky mackerel back, followed by the polenta (out of the plastic bag of course) and had beautiful fried whitebait on a couple of breadcakes or whatever they call them in your part of the country. Nature gifted you them and you ignored them!

@@johnd8538 Reading through the comments I’d say your opinion of mackerel is in the minority, it was delicious, but over 35 years in the catering industry has taught me that whatever you do, you are never going to please everyone. Hello mate don’t you just love eels 😂, the scourge of the shore angler but avoids a blank. It’s always nice being right there when baitfish are beaching themselves because the big predators won’t be far away. It’s only a matter of time before you land a big Bass for the cameras. Never really bothered with Polenta but you might persuade me to give it a try, it did look great with the fresh mackerel. Role on 10k subs you deserve it for all your efforts. Tight lines buddy, I’m off bassing in the surf 🌊🎣
