I closed the window, pulled the curtain down, turned on the cold air conditioner, and opened this video. The rain made me remember my childhood days, when it rained all day, my sister and I were in our old house, studying or playing, waiting for my parents to return after a day of work; then we had dinner together, watched TV, and then went to sleep. There was no internet, no facebook, no smartphone ... just the sound of rain like that, with trees, with insects, slightly chilly weather and feeling of peace.

I take 12mg of Melatonin before bed and it changed my life. I had avoided it for a long time but finally got around to it. Your brain actually produces melatonin and its essential for going to sleep. But, the less proper sleep you get, the less melatonin your brain produces. Which is a vicious cycle. I take the fast disolve tablets from the carlyle brand. I highly recommend it. After 2 weeks, I don't think I even need to take it anymore. Just dont become dependent on it. You can develope a dependency for it as I heard. Not sure how much of that is true, but I know that melatonin has changed my life. Hope that helps anybody who reads this. :D

I was up in the Mountains on the just west side of the Continental Divide camping near the Taylor River with lots of little tributaries and I decided to haul my sleeping bag and pad up near a little tributary making nice sounds liked this and sleep there! And it got COLD that evening! Brrrr! :-)
