A trip to Awaji Island is great for a 1 day trip form Kyoto and Osaka! The island is served by bus from mainland Japan and takes around 1.5 hours from popular tourist destinations Kyoto and Osaka. Visit the park for Hello Kitty and Crayon Shinchan themed areas too!

I didn’t know that there is a Naruto theme park for a long time, but this is amazing to have ramen with the character himself, along with Dragon Quest and Godzilla too.

It’s relatively new! It opened in 2019 😊. It’s really cool they’re all located in one place!
