Voyage is not going to amaze anyone, but I find it very pleasant and it does make me feel fresh and clean. It’s never going to offend anyone. I will always have a bottle on hand. I’m on “team Nautica” all the way! 😎

Great Review, Ash...I hope you are doing well. Nautica Voyage is one of my favorite Spring and Summer fragrances. Nautca Voyage is a very good fragrance. It is safe for the office, gym and any other place you can think of, except for evening wear. I look forward to seeing more reviews from The Chap's Guide.

The original nautica was my first fragrance. It was given to me at Christmas in my early teens by my father, a man who always gives himself a few sprays of cologne in the morning. I used the nautica on my first day back to school after break, and by second period a female classmate commented on how great I smelled. I’ve been using fragrances ever since! I was pleased to find this voyage in a big box store and gifted it to my teenage son, and he loves it. Great video as always.

I have this one in my collection. I do like it, but it doesn't last long. My wife bought it for me. In general, she tends to buy me light summery scents. Like you, I tend to buy darker, heavier scents.

The Mimosa tree is native to North America. I have wild ones in my yard in the East Texas woods. In the Spring it produce multiple soft pink, , delicate blossoms, that are very fragment; a fresh Spring scent, that we love.

Voyage is a great start for any man who wants to get into cologne. Pretty cheap & simple bottle design. I find it doesn’t last long or strong scent but it is a good buy for the price.

I own a bottle, and it is definitely a great fragrance, especially for 20 bucks. Nautica really hit out of the park for a summer freshie.

The cucumbery smell is in fact green apple smell. There are certain apple trees that produce that smell, the apples are very green and sour. I like it a lot. Nautica Voyage and Ted Lapidus Sport are the only fragrances I can wear during extreme heat days. I live in a mediteranean climate so Nautica performs great.

My go-to fragrance is Eau’d Hadrian by Annick Goutal Paris at this time of year. It has strong citrus and lemon notes and is the favourite of Leonardo DiCaprio 🍋 🍋‍🟩

Great review, Ash! If your son doesn't like the cucumber aspect of Voyage, maybe he could try Voyage Sport. It's very similar, but without the cucumber scent, or at least it's much less prominent. I wear Voyage Sport on occasion, but it's not my go-to, I'm still trying to find that signature summer scent. I'm trying a sample of Missoni Wave right now, it's sort of a poor man's Armani Acqua di Gio.

Just about any nautical is good for a quick spray just to make sure you have some cologne on. If you have the habit of wearing cologne you will stand out these days as a chap, and Nautical is a sure way to break into the habit during the summer months with being so affordable, and being so mild and generally pleasing.

Sorry to be late, but something just struck me. The cap on the bottle was designed to look like the item - I forget the name - on the decks of sailing yachts that ropes are wrapped around to prevent them from flying off uncontrollably into the air. Very clever.

Nautica Voyage is very fresh, even plainly fresh and in any case very modern, compared for example to Davidoff Cool Water. The dry apple note is very successful, more like cucumber, very well balanced which in my humble opinion is rare with apple in fragrances. But overall Nautica Voyage has a freshness that is purely impersonal, almost inhuman. There is no charm whatsoever. It smells rather futuristic, scifi scent of space travel. I would not blind buy this.

Sir, like yourself I'm on the hunt for a new summer standard! I'm pushing toward h24 at the moment, although I must admit I would prefer something British. I do love Blenheim Bouquet, but it dissipates on my skin

Penhaligon's today is wholly owned by Spanish fashion and fragrance company Puig International, so sadly very much not British in anything other than it's long gone history.

Blenheim Bouquet has been my signature scent for years, this summer I discovered Agua Brava by Puig, very similar fragrance, maybe slightly stronger, and definitely more complex. Not as aristocratic as Blenheim Bouquet, but a lot more inexpensive and very masculine.

Another fragrance which is a bit of the same style as Blenheim Bouquet, although not alike, is Taylor of Old Bond Street No. 74 Victorian Lime. This last long, but it is not a summer scent, it is too stuffy for that. It has a bit similar feel to Eucris by Trumper.

That being said, neither of those is actually very youthful scent. I have not found any better alternative for Blenheim Bouquet yet.

I’m probably the only person in this planet that does not like it at all. I got a good on it. Got the 3.4Oz for $33 dollars! To begin with the smell is very weak and unpleasant in my skin. Very light smell. It stays for a feel moments and gone! Performance is terrible and projection is very poor. I could say it is one of the worse colognes I tested in many years! Not for me.
