I accidentally watched another person who does "tours" of yachts, and I made me love your tours so much more. You and Rico's tours are so much more informative and fun than other people's. I don't even own a boat, and likely may never own one--who knows, but I've watched probably 90% of the videos you've made in the past two years. I really like the playfulness between you two. I've learned so much about yachts and boats from watching. Keep it up.

As always an excellent tour of an extremely nice yacht. I have to ask though, that had to be a typo on range didn't it? 300nm Doesn't seem to be right for 1500 gallons of fuel even at 18 knots does it? Thanks guys lots of fun...
@NautiStyles2 жыл бұрын
that is the range at 18 knots... you will never do any kind of long cruising at that speed. drop it down to the most eco speed of 8-9 knots and you range should be around 2000NM 🤷♀️

For a yacht less than 80 foot, it is pretty incredible. In the kitchen, the oven is too low, I wouldn't like to have to lift something heavy from it. I'd replace one of those seating areas with a hot tub. Additional fuel tanks a must as 300 miles at cruise pretty poor. The kids can chill in the downstairs sitting room while the grownups are partying upstairs. Probably need an upstairs quest head so drunken adults are not annoying the kids, though they can shut their door.
@briananthony4044 Жыл бұрын
I would imagine cruising at 9 knots the range would be closer to 1,500 miles. Most of these reviews measure range at 9 to 12 knots, not 18. This seems to be more of a party boat, where you relocate from one marina to another quickly, then stay and party, rather than go on extended sea voyages. A lot of the larger boats have a main saloon and another on the boatdeck, this has it below. Good way for two groups to separate.

It´s a very nice boat but the consumtion is way to high depance on the 2 MAN V12. I think it will be better to build this yacht with 2x volvo penta 1350 ips / 2000HP at all ) they mutch lighter and the consumtion at 17-18 kn will be the half , this mean the range goes double what make it more interested for a charter yacht! Ok the top speed will be lower but nobody needs more than 20 kn on a yacht like this!!!

After watching so many yacht tours you notice a trend with the 3 and 4 suite layouts but this one with its clever use of sliding doors is very attractive. I'm a dreamer but if/when I ever purchase a yacht, it would not be a superyacht, but something like this - where two rooms can open up to give the same sort of open feeling that a superyacht has. What would I do with 4 rooms anyways.

This boat is pretty much perfection except I noticed in the specs that on a full 1510 gallon tank it can only go 300 NM. So my dream boat (I’ll never be able to afford it lol) couldn’t do an ocean passage which is unfortunate. I would need to go to my second fav which was the solar catamaran. Adore you two
@NautiStyles2 жыл бұрын
It’s 300NM at 18knots, you would never do any long crossings at that speed. If you drop it down to “most economical” speed you would prob be at 1800NM range, prob more. But not yacht is meant to cross at ocean and you would most likely put her on yacht transporter as most of the pleasure yachts do
@clifbradley2 жыл бұрын
OMG when Rico frosted you....that was freaking hilarious. After being married for 20 years, there were many times that I wanted to do that to my ex. I think on an 80ft yacht, I would want a bigger fridge/freezer. But if you are only doing port runs and not at sea for longer than 6 hours at a time, it works out well because you just disembark to eat or go shopping in port every couple of days. This isn't an explorer type yacht like a Bering would be. I know they can handle things, but this isn't a Bering or Numarine
@aarondesrochers38902 жыл бұрын
I was surprised with the 300NM range, but that would explain the limited fridge/freezer capacity.

I think this yacht has the best style and amenities for its size I've seen so far. Two ways to wash off at the beach club, more cover there and at the flybridge! I think the bow and stern thrusters at starboard and Port makes sense to see all around. The master cabin is full beam! And it has a walk-in closet! I know it'd be alot to ask as far as what I've seen, but maybe a full bathtub some day . The full glass doors throughout for getting in or keeping out! It's so appealing to me! What a neat boat. As always I enjoy your thorough tour and your very detailed descriptions of all the features. My one comment about this boat is that I'm not sure I like the open beach club, it seems like it would be constantly getting wet underway and you would always have to make sure you took everything off of it and stow it all. The Frosted glass panel behind the pilot house with the projector is a very cool feature that I'm sure gets a lot of use. I did not hear Rico say anything about the sound system on this boat so it must be a pretty basic system. Thanks for another awesome walk through and the happiest of holidays to you both.

Hi guys, I follow you as a lover of life at sea, although I don't have any boats anymore. This video was superb and the presentation was spectacular as they all are. Only one criticism, if I may be so bold, is the omission of the origin of this magnificent yacht. I'm not sure if the shipyard was in the USA, Italy or Holland you would have mentioned it with emphasis, but omitted that this is a BRAZILIAN yacht, designed, manufactured and idealized in Brazil and by Brazilians. Even if you say that the title of the video mentions being a Brazilian yacht, but it is not clear that OKEAN is made in Brazil. In addition, continue with these excellent videos that allow us to gain greater knowledge and updates on nautical life. From a Brazilian who is a fan of you.

Great video guys. It’s an amazing yacht. Seems the advancement in design and manufacturing techniques combined with new materials make for almost limitless possibilities when choosing what you want in a yacht. Victoria, even though you were melting like a Dairy Queen ice cream cone in a sweat lodge, you still looked smashing. Rico, don’t listen to Victoria. I thought you looked fresh as a spring daisy and your choice of toenail polish, while somewhat overstated….. hang on, my wife is telling me that was Victoria’s foot I was looking at. Well, um, good call not going with toenail polish. I was about to say congrats on getting a handle on the ankle swelling thing🙄. That would have been a bit of a faux-pa 🧐. Cheers from the frozen north.👍🥶🏹🇨🇦

@@NautiStyles wifey says 你好 I’m told this means hello in Mandarin Chinese, which is odd because she’s Dutch 🤔.

Looks cool, but man, plenty of plastic. I would be very interested to see what this thing looks like after 8-10 years of use. The hull design looks like an explorer, but….really just a harbor cruiser on steroids?

@NautiStyles I just learned what the (maritime definition of a settee) is. now it makes more since to me, why it is called a (settee) instead of a (couch/sofa). therefore making settee, a more of an understandable verbiage.

Love this boat. Is 29:14 a mistake though??? This boat only goes 300NM? and on 1500 gallons? So 5 gallons per mile? Something doesn't seem right here.
