I have been to this place several times. Fish Thali or rather all thalis are nice but only problem is with Chapati or Bhakri is not fresh and Fish curry is not authentic Goan or Malvani. Ambience is good and service is really good. We except chappati or Bhakri direct from Kichen tava.

Visited this hotel recently. I loved the ambience, felt as if I'm in Goa. And as you said masala jawla papad was very tasty. Food was good, your food description is great. The way you use Hindi, English and Marathi together is fun to hear. Something new. I have been to this restaurant several times and I m confused how can this restaurant be called as goan restaurant when food served there is malwani food. How can this thali which has bhakari, jhawala and Sol kadhi can be called as goan Thali, there was not a single goan dish in ur food blog n yet the owner n food blogger was stressing on the word "GOAN". The vloging should be with complete knowledge about the food.

I am a Goan Saraswat and none of this is our food. It is Malwani food. GSB food is very different from Malwani food. Although Goa and Malwan are close to each other, are cusines are different. And Saraswats weren't originally from Goa...

What a difference in food quality and quantity when there is promotion going on and when you actually go for lunch and dinner. Average taste for all dishes, we also ordered surmai thali, stuffed bombil, pompret only stuffed bombil was good rest average taste food.

First of all its not Goan it's malvani food..as there's no bhakri they serve in Goan cuisine..2nd even in malvani food no such thing called koliwada ..koliwada invented in Mumbai..it's Punjabi dish..and then after listening the prices ...I find it way too costly.. I have been there twice food is good but not Goan it's konkani..

My experience with this restaurant is very bad. The fried fish was undercooked , there were stones as big as 2.5 cm in a small fish dish and the taste was also mediocre. All in all the worst experience first time ever in Thane !
