hi there. i would like some advice. i have recently brought one from amazon. it did work wehn i first opened it but i dont think it charges as when i plug it into the mains electrical supply, the charging battery comes up. the reason why i know it isnt charging is because i left it charging all night and it still had the charging battery on the screen the following morning ??? can you offer some advice on what to do please. thanks
