Friends, today I am sharing a whole new recipe of Sev Khamni. Usually we make sev khamni by two popular methods that are either soaking chana dal or using besan khaman. Today I made this sev khamni using rice poha. This sev khamni only takes 10-15 minutes from start to finish. You can serve this sev khamni after 15 minutes after starting making it. You would doubt that, how could be the taste of this Sev Khamni. I assure you that, you will really love the taste and texture of this innovative sev khamni made using poha. Further it is healthy and you can make it for school kids lunch box and instantly upon arrival of guests. I hope you would like this recipe and I highly recommend this recipe to try at home. INGREDIENTS
2 cup rice poha (पोहा)
A glass of water (पानी)
1 tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
2 tsp sugar (चीनी)
A lemon (निम्बू)
2 tbsp oil (तेल)
½ tsp mustard seeds (राय)
1 tsp white sesame seeds (सफ़ेद तिल)
⅛ tsp hing (हिंग)
Chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
½ tsp ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट)
Raisins (किशमिश)
Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
Besan sev (बेसन सेव)
CHUTNEY
2 green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
½ tsp ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट)
Coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
⅓ cup dry rice poha (पोहा)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp amchur powder (आमचूर पावडर)
2 tsp sugar (चीनी)
⅓ cup water (पानी)
