Tumble Weed Denise This is fake news , They are labeling everybody thats dying of covid even if they have stage 4 cancer. One hospital got caught faking patients by using their own nurses to pretend like they were COVID-19 patients. The hospitals get triple the amount of money from the government if they say someone died of Covid . So basically if you come in with stage four cancer and you were going to die anyways and you have a sniffle or cough they will say you tired of COVID-19

Tumble Weed Denise I personal know 2 people who got covid and they recovered in 3 days , they said it was like a common flu. My sister has been a nurse for over 30 years in California Bay Area A very crowded area and she says her hospital is very slow , 90% of the people dying of covid have one to three other prior symptoms like cancer asthma or bronchitis or pneumonia. 60,000- 80,000 people die of the common flu every year. And I highly doubt you work there you’re probably government Psyop

They live in the middle of a desert where the aquifer is so far beneath the ground that drilling wells is expensive. Also the groundwater may be polluted from mining or other industry. You cant lay water pipes because they live so far apart from each other out there, that it would be millions per household to do the job. Lesson#1 as to why living in a vast empty desert yields water issues. Just as it has for all of eternity.

Reread your statement, and ask yourself if it makes coherent sense. Then look up under what states the Navajo Nation territory goes through. After you get that answer; hopefully you begin to understand that your statement is not logical in this topic. Lastly, look up under what branch of government the economic, health, and regulations in reservations for Natives fall under. Than hopefully you see who has failed Native Americans not just during this crisis.

Obama done nothing for Indian reservations Native Americans use gas just like every other American in some instances they use more I have a pipeline running about 500 yards from my property you probably have one very close to you that you know nothing about it's the price we pay for useing petroleum..... but I will give Obama credit for handing out free cellphones remember those phones the man had 8 years and was a media darling . The Navajo Nation, along with most Native Indian Reservations in the country, have been neglected, ignored, and vilified since the arrival of the White man from Europe. Nothing has or will change. The current administration, I'm sure, will not bring about any change in that. They are on their own. So, when you are able to again go to an Indian casino, remember that casinos are the one way that they have out of poverty.

The ignorance of these 2 comments is disgusting. I grew up on the Navajo reservation. No, we DID NOT get money from casinos. We pay taxes like everyone else in the US. My family lived in a “primitive house” because that’s all we could afford at that period in our lives. It’s like living in a third world country on the Rez. The false information shared about us has been so damaging, but you have no idea. You only believe what you want.

I’m from the North East of England in a town that has been deprived for over 50 years. Despite the deprivation anyone that accepts help gets it, there are meals provided by charities every day of the week. We are also blessed with having a National Health Service which is free for all citizens, those who work pay into it for everyone. I hope that the US health system can be cured of it’s sickness. Stay well, stay safe. 😔

That is not true. All communities are getting what they need. States at first were not prepared but then things ramped up. The country is doing fine and things are beginning to open back up where politicians are not abusing their power.

Sugar Gunz some truth in that however most reservations only have 1 grocery store they can go to making it way more easier to catch something. Also we get a lot of tourist coming and going infecting those who work at gas stations and them bringing it home to their family’s. Most families also have about 3 generations living under 1 roof...there are many factors to consider these are just what I see coming from a Navajo.

Forest Taniguchi! Exactly! NO VENTILATORS - they can kill! NO VACCINE, after the fact! Kill the virus/other pathogen in place with concentrated oxygen, mega doses of Vitamin C and anti-retrovirals! Why is Big Parma focused on vaccines?! Money. Big Pharma makes MORE money on vaccines than it makes on a drug to KILL a virus or other pathogen when you are sick with it. I believe it is dual/multi-pathogen. NOT the product first recommended, but "quinine-based" treatment was successful because there is a protozoan in there, somewhere, like in malaria or babesiosis. Need anti-bacterial treatment for opportunistic infections, like pneumonia.

Because we do not have aid from a tribe in another state, and even if we did we wouldn't get it from the Casino. Many Casinos either invest in the tribes government to provide aid to the elderly, college students, and schools., or they disperse funding out to tribal members to help everyone struggling on their reservation. But your notion that tribal governments should help each-other out is correct. All tribal cultures and systems of government is unique. -from a guy who is from Whitecone, Arizona, aka in the Navajo Nation.

Freddy Bob Before the state issued any quarantine laws we had all of our stores bought out of toilet paper and sanitation equipment on the Rez because people from out of state came in and bought it all. Which made a lot of us have to go closer to city stores. We're remote but we still have to go into town to get supplies, toilet paper, livestock feed. We also have a Christian tent church near our reservation that had been holding normal gatherings until the quarantine became enforced by the police dept. It could have been spread a lot of ways from those.

There’s just a lot of shady stuff going on and it’s no secret that America does not like the native Indians. And for the love of god I hope none of you take any of their vaccinations.

From my understanding back when funding was being allocated for infrastructure around the country, natives didn't have the right to vote so they had no say in the matter. It's 2020 in America and about a third of my community doesn't have access to running water. Shallower wells are tainted with uranium back when it was extracted for WW2. Only way for clean safe water is to haul it in or have access to a municipality that drills very deep and very expensive wells.

Heart breaking. I lived and worked on Navajo for many years. Navajos have continued to suffer at the hands of the government throughout the years. Many Navajo communities do not have running water and have to haul water long distances.
