Since most investors don't seem to want to sign a non circumvention or even agree via email statement, can you honestly trust the investors to not bypass you if you share the details of your business plan? For example let's say you have a very good buy and you're offering a % total ROI but the investor wants equity can you trust that they won't circumvent?
