Kantara is an epic movie released under a huge production house like Hombale and there's no question about it. But that does not mean the makers can fearlessly copy the efforts of other people without giving credit. When people fight for Varaharoopam, they deny the fact that there are other songs in the movie which were also copied/inspired as they say. I am a fan of Ajaneesh work, but he's already famous for copying others'work, not just once, maybe countless times. If I am not wrong, this is not the first time he's getting court injections against copyright issues. Inspiration and snatching others work has its differences. Hope they clear all the chaos and continue to respect others work and give credit where it is needed.

Kanthara song varaha roopam is not at all a copy of navarasam song . Kerala and coastal Karnataka folk cultural traditions have many features in common. Karnatak music is common to both cultural traditions. Hence , the question of similarity came up . TKB is purposely misleading the public with some intentions to get popularity. So far, from the public reactions, we can say that the audience is not bothered by this controversy.

They are one of India's best 5 bands and have already have many of their work duely credited with loyalty in several hit movies. They don't need to mislead their huge fan base of people who knows music industry outside 'mainstream movie song bubble', by simply asking due credit from serial copyright offenders of Kantara makers who already have another legal battle for years for yet another song in movie 'Kirik Party'. The makers of Kantara had similar copyright issues before but Thaikudam Bridges doesn't.

There is lot of rituals to be followed even for painting for tayyem or botha kola. Even yakshagana is a very secrete form of dance. Colour painting is also based on Panchang. There is lot of similarities between tulunadu and kerala culture. Both of them share borders. Food, wear, and culture are inter connected. Lot of mangaluru people know malyalam. Both songs are based on karnatic music, so both have taken inspiration from this face colouring shown in this song and the theme resembles kannada film Vikrant Rona, which is the core on which movie is based.. if taikudam Bridge watch that movie, they would also file a case on them 😝. Using of rock music with the karnatic is something which is similar though the nodes are different, but I have no idea if this was done before. Yet even if this is the case, yet is can't be made as a copyright infringement case. The tone in some places matches, but yet since both are based on a similar form of music, no one can claim copyright on the same.

Same genre. Different music . Navarasam team are taking advantage of this fusion genre . If both are same why didn’t Navarasam got it hit at the first time . Navarasam gives fearful vibes. Varah roopam gives sets your fears down.

@@mr_earphones please don't take this in a wrong way. I expected a technical breakdown on musical aspects and some more information on plagiarism. Mr. Rishabh shetty has categorically and vehemently put it on record that kanthara music is not in any way inspired or copied from anyone. So just stop this nonsense once and for all. It is shameful to piggyback on someone else's efforts to get publicity.

Categorically... Vehemently... Piggyback.. Damn 👏👏👏 Awesome dude.. Looks like we have a thespian from the Shakespeare times 😅 But listen up.. 1. So much time and effort to improve on vocabulary, but failure to remember that it is Ajaneesh Loknath sir’s statement that matters pretty much shows your lack of understanding of the basics 2. Watch the full video before you barf shit buddy May you have a happy life.. God bless ! P.s : You don’t have to thank me for the new words I’ve taught you
