I just adore Navarro after binge watching the series ‘Cheer’! Monica is such a beautiful person....the cheerleaders all fantastic people and athletes. But, I have one question: why isn’t this an Olympic sport? These are true world class athlete’s!

Jen Hi! So, what’s being done about making cheer an Olympic sport? If synchronised swimming is a part of the games, what’s the difference....I mean besides water vs land? I’m from California but live in the UK. I used to work for American Cheerleader magazine. The growth in cheer here and in Europe, Asia, etc is massive. I’m seriously considering approaching the Olympic Committee if I have to...my background is as a Director in Advertising/Creative campaigns. I can get to the ‘big guys’. Seriously Jen, it’s a travesty that such athleticism is not recognised at an Olympic level.

When I was in cheer in 2011 one of our coaches got recruited for an Olympic team but Idk what happened exactly with that but I have heard it'll probably be in the Olympics in the near future.

No, he's right. Navarro lost in 2016 and 2017 to Trinity Valley, then won again in 2018 and 2019. A list of years that they won is listed on their website - navarrocollege.edu

fact: they lost 2016 and 2017 to trinity valley. monica says it in the doc too, i'm not sure how far along u are. "u can't rest b/c u have someone on your tail." also when they have their 2018 banner raising ceremony the banner before that was 2015. they won 2012-2015.

Kirk Andrew they had one mistake in the beginning of final dance where one of the girls trips while trying to go to her formation
