Outgoing Odisha CM and BJD chief Naveen Patnaik met Governor Raghubar Das at Raj Bhavan in Bhubaneswar and tendered his resignation today. BJD lost the Odisha Assembly elections, winning just 51 of the total 147 seats in the state.
