Naveen Garu - I am searching for very similar issue. What I tried may not be needed but i am curious. There are state names with x-path //body/div[@id='menu-state']/div[3]/ul[1]/li[6] where it only varies at li[6]. You explained excellent. MY REQUEST EXTEND JUST FOR 5 MIN HOW USE IN driver.findElementby.xpath? I tried - in console I got exact x-path as per inspect element but when added as This is X_path from String "//*[@id=\"menu-state\"]/div[3]/ul/li[4]" This is X_path from Locator //*[@id=\"menu-state\"]/div[3]/ul/li[4] driver.findElementby.xpath(string) - WebElement stateLoop = driver.findElement(By.xpath(H)); stateLoop.click(); Error:Exception in thread "main" org.openqa.selenium.InvalidSelectorException: invalid selector: Unable to locate an element with the xpath expression "//*[@id=\"menu-state\"]/div[3]/ul/li[4]" because of the following error: SyntaxError: Failed to execute 'evaluate' on 'Document': The string '"//*[@id=\"menu-state\"]/div[3]/ul/li[4]"' is not a valid XPath expression. Will you please help? Thank you mdmperi@gmail.com

Hi Naveen, firstly thanks for all of your videos. I am kinda new to automation and your videos have helped me understand things simply. I saw your log4j video link-kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWi3dqienLt3j9E. I am unable to do the way you are generating the default logs while execution of the code. I saw in the comments too many people have asked the same. The video is kinda old, but can you please answer it.
