Thank you. Salary is normalized as per your role and years of experience. Regarding work life balance, your working hours are fixed irrespective of your profession. We both reach home before 5.

@@bisht.deepak now I get people who want to delve into more into innovation and work on independent project researchs they do PhD and become either independent research in institution or faculty. And people who only happy to do job and don't want to further study and earn early they do job but after 6-7 years both earn kinda same but researcher/faculty at high institution earn more but he has to study and do hardwork and work on problems which are never thought so both required hardwork. Sir make videos about reality of india i mean it may be doesn't align with channel goal but people in India consider india is best and other countries are crap even though they have visited,lived and have any knowledge about anything and they are proud that every knowledge of the universe is written in there so called religion texts which are utter nonsense. That's why scientific mindset is not developing in India even isro chief and people on head position with high education promotion superstition it feels like we are promoting religious unscientific beliefs with technology it's disrespect of science. And exploitation of human cheap labourers in India. And if video is not possible can you share your thoughts on this if possible? Of discussion on this topic with your researcher friend would be very helpful in spreading scientific mindsets in India for more clarification on religion you can visit "science journey " KZbin channel if you are unfamiliar about the reality of texts written in religions. I am not saying everything is best in Switzerland, norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden countries like that but it's definitely 100 times more better for a poor person if he lives in India. No offence but only rich enjoy in India on superficial level, inhaling polluted air, eating foods and things that contain harmful chemicals and banned substances with 100-700 times the limit,poor planned cities, traffic jams, environment crisis,water ,air,nature purity. And lastly but sadly we don't respect the nature. People agree or not but it's true. Rivers, mountains,are becoming dirty and more dirty even though we consider them sacred. Please consider it.

@@earthchanger I am amazed with the clarity in your thoughts and I agree with you 100%. ♥ Regarding video on above topics, I will try to make few videos on these topics too. Thanks for suggestion. You are absolutely right that we do not care for nature and here people takes care of nature as their own baby. Right now we have spring here and all the roads and pavements are loaded with flowers.
