Aspiring for the C-suite and bringing about change are two different kinds of ambition. One is driven by an outsized sense of self (ego) and the other is driven by a strong sense of general good (selflessness.) If you aspire for the C-suite for its own sake (i.e. prioritize the self,) nothing good can come out of that.
