0:55 when an index is dropping, what are the key components contributing? VIX spiking and staying there = headline risks. Stocks with decent ER selling off. Big down moves in AI themed names and XLF. Bond yields moving up as well From the market recap section: if long, look for the relative strength and stronger themes vs market. Also, stay patient and wait for the set up you're comfortable with 15:35 the oil and gas names, and ACB. Relative strength as a potential set up 25:45 in choppy markets or bearish markets -> positive earnings reports tend to sell off

In a Sunday scan could you please explain T+2.. I get it's 2 days later but after what and why is that important? How does it change how you trade? Etc? I hear it a lot in the room but haven't been able to understand it.

18:30 going thru transitional period is a good time to add a strat for that environment. At the end of the day it’s all based on cycles. Great example would be getting familiar with the reverse ETFs. Maybe I can’t catch the NVDA short but I can catch the NVDD long
