My heart is so burdened for the victim and the perpetrator. I was targeted by a pastor when I was 10 by a pastor and it was my grandfather. I trusted him and looked up to him so much I was completely taken off guard. I forgave him and he bawled like a baby. I told him I forgave him 10 years after the first attempt he made attacking me. Oh… and no one believed me till he passed away. I was called a liar. I am praying for all the victims as well as the perpetrators. Healing needs to take place. So sad 😭

Highly suggest John Bevere’s latest book The Awe of God where he tells the stories of mega church pastors who loved the Lord, BUT didn’t fear the Lord. Lack of fear of the Lord is what’s missing in our churches.

Yes, and I have a bag of stones for anyone who is guiltless! Now people say he was a false teacher... I have grown and been inspired by the teaching of Word by Robert Morris... doesn't mean it was a horrible crime hidden but God's WORD is still honored inspite of the duplicity. Because His Word will win and I have heard him speak of this sin in words however not the full story but God was in it for him to repent. I think Holy Spirit just revealed to me that all these mega-church pastors are being exposed because God wants to close the mega churches. When a pastor gets to the point of leading such a large congregation people tend to believe he has to be God-like, and forget he is just a human being like all the rest of us. It is my understanding that she did come forward. For many years she had told church leaders about what happened to her but no one would deal with it. She even attempted to sue and was offered $25,000 If she would sign a nondisclosure about what happened and who the perpetrator was which she refused to do. I consider her a very brave lady.
