What qualifies him to be the CEO of an airline though? So many CEOs just play short term musical chairs.

Grounded bloke, some irony there...but I take my hat off to him for being honest and admitting he has made mistakes. Aviation industry is brutal. He's way better than Luxton. Maybe he could be our next PM haha!

He admits to making mistakes when shutting the airline when it came to starting it up again because he didn't understand the nature of the business to start with. Unbelievable. Whoever appointed him should be sacked, or was it his mate(s)?

Sad the trolls who popup here with their anger spreading negative lies and misinformation via social media. Greg Foran is the most adept CEO Air New Zealand has ever had - hands down!

Not sure if this is inspiring when Boeing has been facing significant financial challenges…. 2024 has been particularly tough for the company - it struggles with production and safety issues, which have been exacerbated by costly scandals and delays. company has had multiple safety incidents, including problems with its 737 Max jets, which have hurt its reputation and led to regulatory scrutiny. In the first half of 2024, Boeing reported a substantial loss of $4.3 billion, partly due to lower 737 deliveries and ongoing production inefficiencies

Air NZ has gone down the toilet, one of the most expensive airlines in the world. The CEO should go back to Walmart.

Can I have my $1000 back that your "customer services" never sent me for you cancelling my flight, twice. Planes are never on time. On a global market you would be out of business.
