I'm so glad Pam talks about being furious about the trees getting cut down. Over the summer, a corner lot filled with trees, habitat and wildlife was leveled to make room for a third gas station on the block. I found myself driving by and almost involuntarily screaming "Boooooo!" out the window at their ribbon cutting ceremony as I drove past.😂 Makes me feel not so alone that Pam feels the anger too! I am so very grateful to be walking this path guided by two beautiful women as yourselves. Everything you speak of resonates. Being in nature is essential and having a daily practice is key. Also, understanding our astrology and how it triggers us. I have noticed clearly that the moon is constantly giving me a chance to level up. Alchemizing our personal astrology will be a game changer. Pam, early 2000s, married to a man 21 yrs older, mentally and emotionally abusive, I realized my spirit was dying suddenly one day. I began to journey to take my life "back", take control of my life. He was on a long downhill and died 2011. (within an hour or two of the Fukushima earth quake in Japan). By the time he died, I had a new source of income and had built my own life. It was a rebirth into freedom.

Regarding the current situation in wars or indeed any other situation. Sending thoughts of love and care to the to the situation, the victims, the people helping to keep them as safe as possible and sending powerful thoughts of peace to those doing the harming. Energy of depression, hate, anxiety, anger does not help the situation nor the person reacting, nor does is help to resolve the situation, it does instead cause further problems.
