According to new technique we should maintain circulation 1stly So mam there is doubt... Plz mam clear this doubt plz....

Khushi kumari I said that you have to maintain airway as a priority in these patients. Look at the condition given, the respiratory rate is very less, because in myxedema coma, the patient is having severe lack of thyroxine and respiratory failure can cause death of the patient before anything else. If you focus more on circulation at this time ur patient will collapse...medical management is always based upon the principles of pros versus cones. CAB is performed when patient has sudden witnessed collapse. Here the case is different.. for more information read myxedema coma and you will come to know what I intend to say here.
