why are we referring to the visa officer? isn't it to be sent to the person applying for visitor visa? IRCC says - "Send your letter to the person you’re inviting to Canada. The person must then include this letter when they apply for a visitor visa (also called a temporary resident visa)."

I really like your format. Thank you for sharing. BUT I am so confused on one thing. When I make inquiries with IRCC on what to included in the letter, they also tell me that the letter is addressed to the PERSON I am INVITING, like a invitation to them asking them to come, not a letter addressed to IRCC. So, for this I am so confused. Most info online does show you format, but I do not really know what to do now. Do I also address it the the office in China where she will be applying from. . She has been refused 2 times on the Usual "we do not believe you are going to leave" . They also advise to included airline ticket in the application, but does that really help ? thank you SO much !
