You have simply read each and every line mentioned in the instructions. No workarounds to anything for instance, what should a person do if he doesn't have his parent's marriage certificate. There are several questions which you clearly didn't address at all.

My mom had her medical exam done on the same day when she had her biometrics done on September 1st. I submitted the copy of medical exam through web form. Now today on November 10th I got an email from ircc to get my mom medical exam done with the attached form which has to be filled with panel physician. I don’t get it why they didn’t receive it yet. Should I ask the physician whether they have sent the report to ircc. At that time I didn’t have the attached form which is sent to me by ircc.
