Are you referring to e-navfit or navfit 98? E-navfit form would be within BOL on e-navfit, but for the download for navfit98a you have to follow the instructions here: www.mynavyhr.navy.mil/Portals/55/Career/PerformanceEvaluation/NAVFIT98A%20Program%20Frequently%20Asked%20Question.doc?ver=xZUbonEMVpgtkSn4qb8UPw%3D%3D
