Too many Americans focused on being left or right, not enough focused on being a good person!

Just remember, sometimes the fight you were looking for isn't exactly the fight you get.

I'd love to see this exact conversation with these two men today. Same topic but now considering what the country has been through in the past 2 years.

Nobody with an ounce of sanity should want to see a civil war. I grew up in an extremely violent background and the first thing I wanted to do was get away from it as soon as I could. Most people can't understand how traumatizing it is and it never completely leaves you.

In most cases no one wins in a street fight. It really comes down to who loses less. Every fight I’ve ever been in has caused me some pain.

Malcolm X once said that people who call for "revolution" wouldn't whisper the word if they truly understood, in the entirety, exactly what they were asking for...

I served in Iraq and one thing I took away from it that and will always be with me was seeing first hand what happens when a country and/or society collapse. Trust me, I don't care what political persuasion you are, what religion you are, you do not want to be in a country during a war.

A military dude doesn't want conflict like how a professional fighter doesn't want a street fight, best take their advice.

Thank you Joe Rogan and Andy Stumpf for your comments on this subject. In my entire life, I have never been as concerned about our country as I am today. I wish our history of the founding of our country and the horror of the wars our men and women engaged in over even the last 70 years was taught in high school history. It might bring a thread of sanity in this crazy social environment. I really appreciate your perspectives. Mr. Rogan, it is clear why you are outperforming so many of the cable channels. As you noted, a man that knows about violence will steer away from that path.

Very intellectual, and philosophical discussion on current issues.
