I have the same truck and I'm using the larger 34" rad an d dual fan setup from a 2005 silverado. my truck has ac like yours but didn't see how you hooked up the fans to come on with the ac. I see you had 3 relays but only explined how to wire up 2 relays, do you have any diagrams to do so.

Did u ever figured out?

If its a 98 silverado, most likely its a a/c wire by pass the pcm, that way when a/c engages fans can turn on,,, but fans will remain ON as long as the compressor,,, even on highway speeds,,,

Do you retain the coolant thermostat? It use a lower temperature one?

I used the stock 195 degree thermostat then used the BMW 91 / 99* C (195/210*F) dual temp fan switch P/N 61311378073. the lower temp 80 / 88* C (180/195*F) switch came on to often when it didn't need too.

Nope :) They made less than 3000, its a little hard to find but not too expensive. It’s been largely overlooked and ignored by the hotrod community which is partly why it’s intriguing… and it’s going to be a pain to install too which "Can be" part of the fun too more on it later in 2020
