Cooked it several times during lockdown, the whole family loves it and keeps on asking for it. It's lovely to have it without any special occasion too. Shared it with my daughter . My two young grandchildren also keep making trips to the kitchen only to get the " nice smell" as they call the kewra, kesar and whole garam masala aroma while it is cooking on desi ghee ! Thank you Food Fusion. My greatest award is when my grandson steals the cooked panir !

thank you for the amazing recipe! i made this today at home, despite not having khus khus, kevda water and kasuri methi - it turned out superb :) instead of kesar strands, i used some available saffron milk masala which did the trick.

I have been cooking most of my veg dishes using both milk and curd. The curd needs to be cooked till oil separates and milk is added the Same way as cream , just before taking it off from the heat. Hope that solves Archi Gupta s doubt
