With so much remote drone footage from the war, it's too easy to forget the human cost. Important to show this: thanks to St J for your continued efforts!

So handsome, so sensitive, so much bravery and pain. Anyone who was free yesterday is because someone else fought for it before them. Anyone who is free tomorrow will be because of what you and so many others are doing today if you don't give up! My prayer for you is that you find joy in service and joy in the simple things and that God will have mercy on you and bring you a pious wife to navigate life with.

I am Italian, and the news we receive is really sad.. You promised before the war that you would defend Ukraine and you didn't.. Now that you promised that you would continue to help Ukraine... not this time either you did it.. I saw the exchange of flags.. what did it serve? I know you are not all like this, but the disappointment with how you are acting is great. I read that if Trump becomes the new president you will leave NATO.. so we will be vulnerable to attacks from Russia or other countries in the future.. my country will be vulnerable too.. It seems that most Americans care more about their money than keeping their word. I'm disappointed in how America is transforming

@@apancher Polls say that Trump has an advantage in the most important states.. Trump ahead by 3-10 points in Nevada, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania... It seems so.. I read this news.. Then there are Americans I understand that they don't agree, but the majority seems to agree...I don't defend Trump, I hope he never wins...

I can tell by listening to this young artist that he has "seen the elephant". Human beings are not meant to kill each other. No person, no matter how strong, will not be deeply affected by the experience. Ukraine AND THE WORLD needs people like him. I know, if he can survive, and emotionally recover, he will be one of Ukraine's greatest living treasures. God bless him and ALL of Ukraine's war fighters. GOD BLESS YOU ALL! SLAVA

Nizar, I grieve the loss of your big-hearted brother. Your courage in speaking so candidly is apparent. As a Virgo, I can tell you we are extremely capable, competent people. Virgos get s**t done. Virgos are motivated by love, especially altruistic devotion, unlike murderous thugs. Never bet against us. My heart aches for you and for the Ukrainian people. One heals from physical wounds more readily than trauma to the psyche. Chronic-PTSD has become more treatable, with options such as RTM, PE, CBT, and psychedelic assisted therapy. Thank you for fighting for Ukraine and protecting democracy. Glory to Ukraine Eternal Memory to Heroes

Listening to you is very emotional for me. I am so very heartbroken that your brother was killed. Bright Eternal Memory to your brother. 🛐💛💙🕯🌹 I think of your Mother and I wish she still had both of you. I think of your brothers wife and feel so sad. All 3 of you have lost him and still live each day with the senseless war by a demonic madman. I pray everyday, since Day 1 when I watched the invasion, for an end of the war, for the enemy to withdraw and for peace, for everyone in Ukraine to begin healing, to begin rebuilding your lives. Yet so many lives have been lost and those who survive carry the wounds and scars of the war which is almost 1 year and 10 months. I pray for God to intervene. Thankyou for sharing. I send prayers, love and hugs to you, your Mother and sister-in-law. God is with you❣️ Ukraine will defeat the enemy❣️ 🛐🇺🇦🏆☮️🪖💪💛💙❤️🫂😘

The reaction of not feeling when something horrific happens is shock. I've had that happen. Its natural and it allows you to do whats necessary without panicking and messing up. As long as you go back to feeling things properly afterward i dont think it means anything.

It hurts like a hell😢😢😢listening about that day Illia passed away...💔💔💔 Nazar has always told that Illia was more than a brother for him, he was also for a dad, an advisor, the greatest support, and a helping hand...he was something like an island of inner confidence and peace in a rough ocean of life...those who say it's about PTSD - yes, surely, but that's also about losing a person who was a part of your identity 😭 Stay safe and sound, Nazar. And be merciful to yourself.🙌 You did your best, and you and your family are doing so much in Illia's memory now😌 Glory to Ukraine. Glory to the Heros!✨

everyone experiences trauma differently. that's not possible for me to really answer. I can say I can empathize with him, and leave it at that. I can say lots of people describe something similiar to what he's describing in a variety of scenarios and there are things which make us all feel better when we experience such trauma. Do you need to have your leg broken in the same way as someone else to know how a split works? No, right? If you had something break at some point, can you emphasize with someone else who is describing similar feelings to what you felt then? Yeah. There's a recent trend towards assuming that only ppl who went through the same thing could possibly understand and help out. It's not a good trend. It's isolating for ppl. So, "yes", I know they will come back. "No" I have not had a family member die in Ukraine in the last few years. "yes" I know what that void of feeling he's describing feels like. "No", it didn't happen in the same way for me as it did for him. I was also more isolated during that time than he will ever be, so for him I think the turn around will be faster, in terms of getting better. I cannot really talk about this stuff and provide details tho, so it's best to take the ''tips to get through" and leave the personal details out. And focus on surviving and winning :). @@patisauniausia

Animals help too. When you're feeling what he's feeling, or for other types of emotional trauma too. Yes, I know he will get better :). I did think about going to Ukraine but ''no military experience", covid struck right before the war, there was no time to get any. And then I started pushing innovation and tbh I'm way more suited to the innovation stuff that the fighting stuff anyway. I spent years in university in the sciences, and none in the military. So, I am trying to focus on where I can make the most impact nowadays, bc anything else would be disruptive and inneffective and the main point is to win. I can't say too much online. Military is very restrictive in terms of what you can do and what you canot do. There was no realistic way to do both. And they shut everything down during covid in my area. So I am now just trying my best in the departments that cannot just get shut down, lol. If I'm my own boss, I can still be useful in a different way :D. Silver Lining :). @@patisauniausia

@Nazar Hrabar What is happening is not fair to any of you. It breaks my heart every day to only being able to visually watch from the sideline and see these things happen. My mom is from Poland and my great great grandmother from Ukraine, and I had and still have many friends in Ukraine. So it feels close to my heart if that makes sense. I can't really talk much about it here but I use most of my freetime doing OSINT and other related things for Ukraine. And what the media's show is only 1% of the horrors and reality. Here I also think a lot about the kidnapped children and what happened with many of them afterwards in Russia. And the uncertainties for those family members left behind. All media's gets it shuts it down when they try tell anything related to this. But I think the truth will come out some day and the world will see Russia for what they really are, and that is really worse than Hamas when it is worst. Not that the average Russian is a bad person, but the worst or the worst actions comes from Russia no doubt. - For what's it worth; everyone that try defending their loved ones and country are heros. Not that it matters in the situation for you and the others, but at the end of the day you did your best and you should try feel relieved about that. And it does matter for those close to you and for the elderly and the kids. Many of the Ukranien kids got robbed from their best years and is forced to grow up fast. They understand everything and they will remember their heroes! And some of us, I hope a lot, will always remember the Ukrainien heroes that defended the hole of Europe from Russia. We own you everything and sooner or later I hope people will se that. I honestly think that it will take years before everything turns. Things will have to change a lot in the west first, but I think we will eventually get it right, or will be forced to get it right. Institute of study of war just put out a rapport called 'The High Price of Losing Ukraine' and it is a must read for everyone, especially those are in doubt of supporting Ukraine. I gotta end it here. Just wanted to put down a few words in support. I have written these next words 100's of times by now to a point it sometimes seams meaningless.. But it is not and newer will be!.. Slava Ukraini ✊💙💛

Batman sucks. We can make better movies. And then the movies will say what we want them to say. For instance, I would just like them to tell the truth: "All the heroes were human once. but their actions changed the world, and then we called them Superhumans. It's been that way from time immemorial. And it will always be that way... " They called them super-heroes bc there were no better names, you see. And to make it easier for the rest of them to forget that not everyone steps up when they should. But at the end of the day, we're all just humans. And our actions shape the world, more or less.
