When mixing dry and wet ingredients use either a whisk or a fork. Secondly, add the wet to dry in small portions while mixing in a circular rapid motion. You won't get clumps if you do it like that. You're very lucky to start having these life experiences at such a young age. I see good things for you in your future.

Your videos are very unusual. I mean, interesting and great to watch...but I feel a sense of sadness for you and it's more to do with the unusual situation of a schoolboy living in quite a unique foreign country without the rest of his family and sort of acting like an adult with his own flat, shopping and cleaning and cooking, paying bills etc. I can't imagine a UK family allowing their child to do that. Don't get me wrong...I'm fascinated by your vids...just hope you are happy and OK.

Don't be pathetic. Organize activities with friends at school. Other people don't want to be home alone either. Doesn't have to be expensive either.Have a picnic or a bicycle ride somewhere. Organize a social event between school clubs. Live life among friends instead of alone in your apartment
