UPDATE!: Hey everyone, so I’ve been getting a lot of messages lately from people who’ve had issues with Nazo customer service. They’ll order a heavy bag and not receive a tracking number, not receive it at all, and when they reach out they don’t get any customer service. I have also reached out to them and have been ghosted. So I can’t recommend going with Nazo until they fix whatever customer service issues they’re having. Just a buyer beware.

Thanks dude, was waiting for this- I LOVE that the mass forces a wider radius and bladderless sounds like WAY less hassle/headache.. a tiny heavybag that swings like a debby and keeps you honest... Hopefully they dont gouge us too hard for it..

Great video, bro! Another point about time. This bag seems like it's great for learning how to use the jab to setup a power straight, head hook (either hand), and especially the overhand right: learning how to gauge the setup punch so you can connect the power shot is hard to train without a coach/partner.

you should try the Outslayer version of this style bag. i have one and i absolutely love it. i am thinking of making a video on it, but i don't have a following like you, don't know how to edit, don't have a good camera, and i can't figure out what tension to show it at. it has a lot of functions at different tensions. it's 10''x20'' and weighs 20 lbs. i kinda wanna measure and weigh mine. since it is a scaled down version of a heavy bag; i have it set where it functions like a heavy bag, but has DEB style movement so instead of flying away, moving slowly. or not moving at all... it gives a really unique heavy bag work out where you can use full power but the target is smaller and moving quick... so you keep your punches tight and quick. it trains your timing as well.

Recently purchased it, its definitely different from other double end bags. Definitely doesn't feel it'll blow up anytime soon like the other typical air filled bags. Its the most solid bag so far in the boxing industry

Great review for anyone else wanting to try out something similar and already owns a floor to ceiling bag simply take out the bladder and fill up the bag with socks and if you can get your hands on one a mini soccer ball it mimics the weight of this bag but as a smaller target mind you i would not recommend doing this for too long as the strapping probably would not be strong enough to hold the weight and impact of punches in the long run as you really do have to put some oomph into your punches compared to the bladder.

So the mex double-double is a bit in the direction of this since its bigger and has a bit more weight to it compared to regular double... what do you think are the downfalls of the one in this video? Are you in love with the shape of it? Do you see it as a round bag and much smaller with the same weight for precision? I just got the 5 inch double end bag by Ringside (red, black and blue). Just got it today. About to try it out Monday:) So if you do, how small of a ball of 10 pounds would you say it could be?

This bag does nothing that a traditional shaped double end can’t do. Also I went on their page and they’re advertising this just like any double end bag, they’re not saying it does anything that a traditional double isn’t really designed for. The speed and timing to hit this bag is same as a double, I don’t buy that you have to be more cautious so you can be more accurate. There’s more body on there than a round small double ender. Just my honest take on it from seeing you in action and their own advert online

It’s just another training tool, and more likely Nazo attempting to cash in on the gullible who like to be “on trend”, or those that don’t have the skill to use a double end bag properly, or the patience to learn. It’s up there with the tennis like ball attached to the headband (via bungy cord) gimmick. Standard double end bags are all about timing, hand speed, combinations, head movement, defence, footwork, sharpshooting, slipping etc etc - they are not about muscle memory. You need combine all of those skills (together) in order to utilise a double end bag to its full extent - step in/punch-combo/pivot left/footwork-move/pendulum step/step in/ combo/slip/slip/combo/ duck left right/ step right move footwork etc etc. Continually moving 360 deg around the bag, cutting in, taking angles and then moving out at angles as you would in a fight. Sure you can build muscle memory and predictability into your double end bag training - just stand lead-footed or shuffling from side-to-side in front of it, whilst throwing multiples of four, five and six straight punches. It’s easy, a novice boxer can learn how to do that in under 30minutes, and look good. In an hour they will look like a pro, having achieved next to nothing. Although there is nothing wrong with standing in front of a double end bag and knocking out a few rounds of continuous punches - good core workout 😀
@peejuu4 жыл бұрын
I agree but this bag has been around for years and maybe coming into attention now but a double end bag imo is still the best training tool to have it you only have one choice but of course the best of the best would have to have a multitude of training tools at their disposal and this bag certainly has its merits.
