Great video. New to Photoshop. Can't figure out why ellipse tool layer and polygon tool layer disappear when I click on background layer.

Thank you! If it disappears then it may just have no stroke or fill. If you look at the 8:40 mark of the video, I change the fill and stroke of the circle. You'd have to do the same for the polygon. Let me know if that doesn't help.

Naz, what's the extract sun feature you used? Is that a plugin or it's available for Adobe CC users? Thanks.

Are you talking about the 'color range' selection I do around the 2:00 mark? It's not a plugin. I select shadows, then invert the selection, then expand and feather, then invert again, then hit "delete" on my keyboard. If I'm misunderstanding your question, let me know.

Naz, it’s at the 4:05 mark where you say you said you created a photoshop action called Extract Sun. That’s what confused me. Thanks.

@@ujjwaldatta6713 Sorry, missed your response earlier. That's a photoshop action. It should be available to most photoshop versions. It's basically just a way for you to record the steps you take and then later on, you can click "play action" and it'll repeat those steps automatically. So I recorded my actions of selecting the shadows, inverting the selection, expanding and featuring, inverting again, and deleting the background and put it into an action called "Extract Sun." If you google for 'photoshop actions' you should be able to find more information on that.
