NBA 2k22 current gen Rec Center selfish TRASH Toxic BUM DUMB pg got us HEATED in game chat argument

I’ve gotten to the point where I rarely play because of how most people on the game are, and when I do play, if people are acting like fools I just ruin their experience back at them. I’m even understanding, it’s a game, so it makes sense for people to want to dribble and shoot the ball. But when it crosses that line into absurdity, both how the people are acting and how 2k allows it (and in some cases rewards it), I figure I might as well ruin their game the way they’ve ruined mine. Which is easy to do since again, 2k allows it. Funny enough they get so angry and emotional when I do, and when I do decide to turn my mic on and explain, it’s always one of two things. Either they’re just so emotional and upset that they’re yelling and insulting me, which is hilarious, or, they say “well why don’t you just leave then?”. Which makes me simply explain to them that that is not how it works. It isn’t on me, you are the one or ones who intentionally don’t pass the ball on fast breaks or to wide open players. You make the decision to not pass the ball in those situations, which after a few possessions will make stop playing defense until I get the ball down court for some easy buckets that at point I am owed. If they continue not passing (not just to me, to whoever is open, and on fast breaks), that’s when I go full out with it. Timeouts, zero defense, intentional turnovers, guarding my team mates to throw them off. People are so gross on this game that it’s caused me to master ruining their matches. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve made people quit after acting like this. People suck. And 2k sucks for allowing people to do stuff like this at all. Simple things like ranked playlists with severe consequences would stop it entirely. People should not be able to quit without going down an overall point or something similar. If you don’t pass to someone who’s very open on a fast break, you should lose and entire grade score and all of your takeover meter. Just common sense things that should clearly exist in a game like this, where your experience is so directly tied to your teammates actions.

@@juicegambino9333 By the way, when I don’t have to play against the opposing team, my team, and 2k, I average 25 and can easily drop 35+ a match with a half normal team. 2k is easy. Anyone a with a 90 or higher over all can do the same.

@@MarioMooreYT bro this morning even though they see I'm shooting 68% from 3 averaging 24ppg and 7ast they got me 2 shots in first half then after being down 15 the PG quit so I took over ball handling and we won by 6. The second game we got a new pg and we lost by 16 because once again they dont hit me when they get rebound or when my man helps. I just dont get why everyone would rather score 40 than win. I would rather average 5 points but never lose than deal with losing and not being able to make a difference

I agree with some viewers who have said that a lot of these youtubers are to blame. The NBA and it’s media deserves blame as well. As we all know up until this season, for years they made the league primarily about offense and inflated scoring stats. The media still talk every day about who the greatest player is, not the greatest team but the best player, this isn’t boxing or mma, golf, those are individual sports, this is a team sport. Why do they spend so much time on that topic? These are the problems! So that’s all these players know and that’s all they care about.

We didn’t and don’t circle but we do rotate on offense when necessary and We we’re spotting up. The majority of the game I was in the left corner and J was on the right, we let that dumb pg workout he was just 🗑 not passing to us on wide open looks and he missed wide open shots.
