The game this year is so inconsistent. In one game, I'm leading by 20 points and then the opposing team makes a comeback in the 3rd or 4th quarter. In the next game, I end up losing by almost 30 points. It feels like the opposing players make every shot. I've had to lower the difficulty to All-Star because last year I played on Superstar and it felt more balanced. This year is just crazy. To be honest, I'm not having fun playing the game. I stopped playing my career mode in 2017. I might not buy next year's game if the offline AI is going to be so overpowered, making shot after shot and breaking down my defense like it's nothing. There's just no defense in the paint!

Many offline MyCareer players are fed up with microtransactions and are looking for slider fixes to improve the experience. This could attract a larger audience and help grow your channel.

I'm still bugging 2K about giving us a 3rd side of the sliders so we can have separate sliders for our teammates and the player we're controlling...that would allow me to really REALLY get down to business on player lock!! @@peterodisho2335 yeah, I find it is very balanced but you still get the upsets every now and then like real life. Only thing I’d say is the play can sometimes be repetitive but I’m pretty sure that’s just 2k. Not much he can do

Soooooooo has anyone else had issues with injuries with this dudes injury sliders. He said he tried to fix length of injury at the beginning so i followed his sliders but i still get players returning after a week with injuries like broken wrists. I am wondering if maybe they should be reversed ie the lower the slider the longer the length

Have you noticed whether or not having generated storylines on for historic prospects as well is a good choice to make or should I only keep it set to generated draft prospects?

U could also do it for the historic prospects, but it just doesn't make nearly the difference as it does on the generated prospects. I feel like a lot of their development is kinda "locked in". Turning them on does give u a few random things here and there and maybe a little more variance...but for the most part, the historic prospects r gonna kinda develop how they're gonna develop.

Quite frankly I was a bit disappointed seeing guys like Pascal Siakam or Draymond Green, alongside a slew of other players that made a name for themselves despite not being a phenom, cap out no higher than around an 80 overall by their 3rd, 4th or 5th year and not being able to do much about it.

With many tests on the sliders, still have 88+ ovr’s signing for 10 mill or less after like 4-5 years. I think it might be a problem that can’t be fixed this year like u did last year. Teams just use all their cap space on 81-85 guys at like 25-30 mill

They don't let u download them on MyGM🤦‍♂️ It sucks...but it also sucks that they don't even have some of the sliders in MyGM!! For the life of me, I have no clue why we can't have most--if not all--of the same sliders that we have in MyNBA!!?? I've bugged 2K about this...multiple times lol. But for now, the best thing to do for MyGM is use the Google doc and enter in the settings that they do have in MyGM. How do you play the Advanced CBA Rules? I see Stepien Rule is on but what about the other options like: Dead Cap, 30/60/90 rule, Restricted Free Agente, Trade Finances and the Waiver Rules.

Man I just bugged 2K about this!! There's rules that r missing!! I was hoping for all the apron stuff!! That actually gives us a system to FINALLY make the luxury tax meaningful in the game!! It's always been useless, but now there r actual penalties for going too far over the cap that they could put in the game!! It's disappointing, but what we see in the settings is all they have rn😔

Definitely!!! It's much more realistic with the right progression settings!! The real trick is to make it so the upper 80's and low 90's don't get too bloated...but at the same time, we have to make sure we have that next crop of superstars to take the league over after the current ones age out. Just as an example, in the last testing I did, I started off with 10 guys at 95+. After year 8, I was still at exactly 10!! It'll vary some here and there but u definitely shouldn't find like a million superstars after a few years. And PLEASE lemme know if u do!! U never know if 2K's gonna switch something up on us in a patch, so I'm always continuing to test!! I'll for sure update if we need it!👍👍

They're not for 2K25. It's because PC is last gen, and I've just done new gen so far. I'm tryna figure out if there's still a decent amount of ppl on last gen. I'd like to be able to get to last gen as well but not sure how many r still on it. There's also this: I really feel like 2K is kinda done putting work into last gen. They seem to be moving on to focusing on new gen. For this reason, I really feel like my 2K24 sliders for last gen would be pretty damn good in old gen.
