i think that hazing rookies (imo) plays a big part in preparing them for hard away games in which the fans of the opposing team are very harsh . Ok, I understand with carrying bags, getting snacks, pranks and everything, when you're a rookie its like you're an intern at you're new office job. But I don't get hazing, taping someone up and pouring ice on them is going to far. There is a line to be crossed. This is you're job and you have to act with some professionalism. When you're in an office, you're work mates won't tie you up and like soak you with water and leave you until your break is over. This is just my opinion.
