I think its the team that drafts that player is at fault. For example, Benett if fall to 30th or even in the middle of the draft and still be the player he is (not good) he probably not become a bust? maybe its the team or the GM being stupid by drafting those players.

If Bargnani came into the league 5 years later he would have been much more successful. He came into the league during the last few years of back to the basket big men. Dwight Howard and Shaq were still the top 2 centres of the league and post play was valued more than stretching the floor. With how the league values stretch bigs now, Andrea could have had success similar to KAT. Bargnani still had some decent seasons in Toronto but could have flourished in todays nba
