Yeah, penalty shootout comes after 120 minutes (when extra time ends) (not after 90 minutes. Its always been like that. But In the other finals in this video, they did get to extra time and played the full 120 minutes but there were no extra time goals which is you were confused. The finals like the second final of Real Madrid v Atletico 2016 went to penalties after extra time as well as Chelsea Bayern Munich in 2012. Also Man utd vs Chelsea in 2008 and Liverpool Ac Milan in 2005. And btw Ramos goal wasnt extra time it was actually added time. And also if you want to watch the full penalty shootouts of Real madrid v Atletico in 2016, And Chelsea Bayern munich in 2012 and Liverpool Ac Milan 2005, its easy to find in KZbin
