Such a beautiful coach and well spoken. You can see why the team wants to play for him. Well done Brad Stevens for appointing him as Head coach….best move and they will probably win back to Back championships.

This is a team that I learned to like BECAUSE of Joe Mazzulla. His Christian perspective on all things important is so true and foundational.

This man thanked the players and staff who didn’t win. What a guy.

Funny how the media praised Ime Udoka as one of the best coaches in the league for making it to the Finals... I do not hear the likes of Stephen A. and ESPN company praising this championship coach in the same way. His team went 64-18 in regular season and 16-3 in playoffs in one of the most dominating seasons in NBA history and coach gets little praise... Mazzula might like it that way. Hopefully we'll be talking about this coach for many, many years.

Need a EFFECTIVE centre to rest Horford next season. Porzingis is 50/50. Xavier Tillman could but needs to work on shooting 10 footers and some offensive skills otherwise he will be traded. Remembered Kendrick Perkins? His offensive skills were limited to tip in/put backs

How to make a repeat? That is not an easy task. They need somelike Bill Walton that can come out to give EFFECTIVE relief not Xavier and Porzingis is fragile physically, his lower body needs strengthening
@poseyjames436511 күн бұрын
Bill Walton had like 30-40 foot/ankle surgeries in his life. He was more fragile than Porzingus. Why would the Celtics want a guy like that? Walton never even averaged 19 ppg and scored less than 7,000 points in his career. With players averaging over 30 ppg and scoring 30,000-40,000 points in their careers how is Bill Walton described as great?
