A lot of hang glider pilots are. But we differentiate fear of heights from fear of falling. If you can walk up to a bullet proof window on a high rise and look down but have your palms or feet start to tingle when you hold onto a dusty guard rail and lean over to look off the roof of a high rise, we'd say you have fear of falling and would have no trouble hang gliding.
