i’ve watched KD live, and what blake says is the truth. there’s no one else ever that is more unbothered by someone with a hand in his face than KD. i truly believe that his muscle memory from every spot on the court is so good that he could make many of the shots he takes with his eyes closed, he’s that insanely good.

Being a kd fan (throughout his move to GSW) I personally feel like he’s gotten way too much slander than he deserves. It’s hard to defend the guy when everyone cooks him for that one thing and you just want people to sit back and realize that he is a generational talent that needs to be appreciated.

I personally never cared about his move to GSW. People care way too much about which team a player chooses to play at. It's not that deep. People tend to exaggerate what KD did as something awful when in reality all he did was choose to play for a different basketball team. It's even crazier that this happened 6 YEARS AGO and people STILL hate on KD for it.

I've given Durant a lot of hell about the GSW move but wow was he special in that Milwaukee series. Giannis was playing great and Durant was playing like an entire rung above that even. That series and LeBron in the 16 Finals are the two best performances I've seen since watching basketball in 2012, not just the stats and efficiency but also the fearless mentality of the plays.

KD is the best shooting/ball handing 7 footer ever. Most unguardable just doesn’t make any sense. In his absolute best year he was 53% from the floor. There are a couple guys who were truly unguardable and they had years averaging over 56% with more points. Same for playoffs and regular season

@Kali they aren't playing by a different set of rules, everybody in the league ( past and present ) play by the same set of rules, J.J. mentions " carrying the ball " because he didn't handle the ball ( he caught and shot ), but anybody that does a right to left or left to right crossover carries the ball, what I'm saying is KD doesn't even have to even dribble and would still be the best offensive player, KD dribbling or carrying the ball doesn't matter he's a 7 footer that can put the ball through the hoop from ANYWHERE against ANYBODY .

Shaq actually could've won the MVP 1-2 years before and after he won it in 2000 but got unlucky because other players reached their prime--their peak--by surprise to the league (and Michael Jordan). And Kobe was also unlucky because his best years coincided with the peak of Nash's 7 Seconds or Less Suns, Dirk's incredible 07 season where the Mavs won 67 games, and prime LeBron after winning his only MVP. Many more "unlucky" greats: Elgin Baylor, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade.
