On Thursday afternoon, NBA Youngboy, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, smiled as he walked into court with his attorneys. The rapper waived his right to a preliminary hearing and the judge set a $100,000 bond for Gaulden. Gaulden is accused of conducting a prescription drug fraud operation.

I'd much rather he be sentenced to a state-of-the-art treatment center for addiction, and as opposed to having him pay bail, have him pay for the treatment (expensive). Jails nor prisons are equipped to deal with addiction. I'd ask for the same for anybody struggling with addiction, so no famous person bias here.

well actually, he was able to attend a hearing alongside his lawyers regarding the house arrest. they allowed him to start going back out. back in december, he was seen at the grocery store. he gave a family of 3 some money, plus he saw also seen at target with yaya & jazlyn back in february. he’s soo close to being off of house arrest.
