Seriously? I understand that Kyrie was hot but regardless of that Luka 3 Kai still got the last 2 possessions Dallas had. Were the last 2 Kyrie 3's better shot selections? Overall the fact that this was even a close game was down to bad shooting from 3 and even more so on Kidd. He's forcing a ridiculous playstyle, and rotations, on Mavs early on this season. He wants to take the load off of Luka by giving him less minutes only to still play him a lot but simply take the ball out of his hands and let Spencer f'cking Dinwiddie play point instead. That is the next step to becoming a championship team. There will be growing pains but it is through these experiences that can help evolve the team to a better version instead of the over reliance on luka. Look at the past dynasties, jordan had to play off the ball more, so did curry. Getting better without the ball seems like the next logical step for luka.

Watson and Braun both defended Kyrie as well as one can down thw stretch; his shotmaking is just on another level. Luka kinda sold the game with that turnover and the deep 3.
