When you click Players order of appearance is as follows: LBJ, Curry, LBJ's son, Wemby, Klay Thompson, Jokić(currently sitting on 6th, usually bellow 10th place), Giannis, Edwards, Dončić etc... What it tells me is that basketball isn't only about basketball and people's interest is not about court performance only. It's more intersection point of several factors including entertainment, personal & social frustrations exaling point, rolemodeling, showbiz... Somewhere between should be sport also. Honestly, I've been very impressed. Yes, small sample size, but I always knew if he wanted to take over for KCP he'd have to get more consistent with his 3ball. And he clearly has worked his backside off to become so, especially from R to now. He's fun to watch and gives the same "it's about the game and team, not me" vibe that Jokic does. And he does have elite athleticism and can guard 2/3 pretty much any night. And yes, Irving was going to drop 30-45 that night no matter who was on him. He was making contested jumpers right and left. Of course the elephant in the room is his elevation reduced the bench that much more. Strawther can give the offense, but he's overmatched defensively. If they can get two guys to be the equivalent of Braun, one strong D and one O, then maybe the Nugs contend again. Peyton getting minutes while Gordon heals should help him grow. But one of those bench guys has to show. If only their #1 pick hadn't blown his Achilles. Lots of bad press for GM, but with three max contracts they couldn't keep Brown or KCP, and they drafted Braun, Watson & Strawther plus this year's #1. They couldn't go to the second tier on salary cap, so what could they do. Westbrook is a roll of the dice, so let's see what happens. My guess is Porter could be traded if Payton or Tyson can prove they can take his role, and flesh out the bench and free cash.

I don't know if the guy is a monster, but the kid is really good. You could see it on the championship year. He likely wont ever be a superstar, but he is the kind of player that will contribute wherever he goes. Great player

To fill the role/position of KCP is a "big ask" of CB. I think he's doing a great job!

Everyone kept saying CB was in the gym all summer. It definitely shows now. And it helps having Jokic to facilitate for you

I love how Jokic screams at him during every game, CB simply nod his head every time, joker cares about him

I was scared of him when I saw him his rookie year at a Timberwolves game. He didn't have a lot of minutes, but I knew he'd get scary

I was very worried about Braun and Peyton's shooting prior to the season. Both hugely improved.
