The defense and passing is already there, and it will only get better. The main thing to work on right now is his shooting. Also once he gets the foul calls like a vet and consistently gets himself in the free throws line, its gonna be a huge bonus for the team.

The rate in which Castle is getting hacked without a call is honestly disgusting. If he got SGA whistles he'd be averaging 20.

Castle is already getting to the rack. But I hate the bias against rookies and our players in general. Castle gets hacked so much and draws so much contact. A lot of the contact is egregious too. You so much as breathe on a Lakers player or SGA and you're getting to the line. Castle gets hit in the face, elbows, swatted arms and nothing. Wemby also gets screwed.

What is more difficult to show in highlights: Stephon is an elite defender, especially for a rookie. Not just good, but actually great. It doesn't always show up in the box score and the highlight would often just be that the other team has to settle for a worse shot and miss, but it's definitely the biggest strength Castle has atm.

What makes this guy good is that he is cool under pressure. He plays with a maturity of a 10 year pro, calm and in control. Which is in sharp contrast to the immaturity of the rest of the team. Except for CP3 and Barnes, the Spurs are not only young, but immature on the court. Like watching a buncha 15 yr olds.

I’m not gonna lie the San Antonio Spurs are speed running how to make a perfect dynasty. They get Victor, they develop and tank for castle, trade Rob Dillingham’s pick for Minnesota 2031 pick, they acquired two veterans adding playmaking and shooting, their pick of castle over Rob is looking like he’s going to be the rookie of the year, then they flip that MIN 2031 pick for Deaaron Fox all while giving up absolutely nothing and keeping all their assets and young talent that was in their rotation. And tonight they just beat the Hawks of whom they acquire their 2025 first round pick which is looking like it’s going to be a lottery pick at which point they have an opportunity to get Cooper flag😂😂😂 Jesus Christ..
