Thanks whomever put all these clips together. I always knew Kyrie was a straight Hooper..... but YMCA-Dad Luka out there killing these guys with his slow motion moves and crazy passes. He seriously looks like one of them old white dudes from the Y that was unguardable. These two together plus PJ and the Lob-City catchers in the paint are a show to watch. kyrie revolutionised layups like steph revolutionised the three-pointer. Players are beginning to replicate stephs three-point scoring capabilities (hell, imo luka is a better three-point shooter coz of that disgustingly efficient, unguardable step-back of his) No one, absolutely not a single soul, comes anywhere near kyrie's layup package, every night he scores a bucket that would be at the tip top of highlight reels for any other player. No other player has ever let the defender pick their poison like kyrie does. There will be many steph curry clones in the future, but there will only ever be a few who live amongst the realms of kyrie irving and his skillset.

Man-to-man is not possible - a disguised collapsing zone, where the lanes get clogged whenever Luka or Kyrie has the ball, worked before - but Kidd and his staff figured that out games ago. 2:55 -- this is why I kinda don't care for older Lebron's "numbers" and minutes. He doesn't close out anymore and it's an effort thing. Unlike Luka who could turn to a much higher gear defending in the playoffs, Lebron doesn't have it at his age.
