i used the "trigger effect" thing for the metered standing dunks in 2k23. (they don't have it in the settings but you could stop the meter by hitting l2 in 2k23 too. the standing metered dunks really difficult to pull in a real game against other actual players, like in the park.. a lot of people don't even know you can do the metered standing dunks, but you can by double tapping down direction on the right stick, while holding r2 and being near the basket. You could either release R2 to stop the meter but i thought hitting the left trigger works better

Trigger Effects was in 23 it’s for ps5 it makes your triggers stiffen if you have no stamina
