I know for MPJ with push, the moment the ball is all the way up, is when you release it. For some shots, push is very easy to time

I use push, in the park really looks like this animation, I base myself by the elbow pointing up, but offline and proam 3x3, the animation resembles more set point, even being in the push

if i use jump it’s fast and still able to use in AI games/mycareer but hard asf to time in online and then when i use set point it’s smooth in AI games/mycareer but feels so slow in online. it’s like the difference is huge but it’s only the next setting up

Tutes, I realized I messed up on my day 1 build and could have got silver speed booster instead of bronze with one point on my speed and the same for silver post lockdown with 2 more interior D. Can you test those to help my pain lol

Just to let some people know (might just be on my end): If you create a player (can’t do it from draft class because it’s bugged, also might be just me), the game only registers the shooting ability of whoever it was first molded in. E.x: if you hit create player and it automatically makes a center who shoots like Shaq, regardless of what you change his attributes and badges to, it will ALWAYS have the shot release of Shaq, meaning so damn tiny that it’s the size of an ant. The literal only fix to this (that I found) was taking the attributes of a player (I used Curry) in MyNBA, applying them to your player, and then changing your attributes back down. Like I said, might be just me, but from what I’ve found, anything involving creating a player is entirely broken. The same player that I found the shooting glitch on was a 7’1 center that I changed to a 6’3 PG yet he still IN GAME has the height and attributes of the center (before I uploaded Curry’s attributes to him.) Hell, even after adding in Curry’s attributes, the guy is still a 7’1 PG who’s supposed to be 6’3 because I didn’t upload Curry’s appearance. This game is a mess.

Use the player dna. Create a build, dont save, just export. Than in the game, download the build over a random player in the roster. Works for me

I use release because it gives u the longest to react to any shot type the game gives u. U might think you're gonna stop but the game gives u a moving pull-up, or u may not have realized ur stamina was down, when u are hunting for your players release it allows u to realize when it's giving u a different animation and u can hold thru it.
