It's actually field agents working for Blackrock. They put the tornado magnets on the trailers. That way, they can drive the apartment rental business and drain FEMA funds. The nutty scientists aren't allowed to leave the compound. Word is, the scientists aren't even aware of what their inventions are being used for.... :)

@davidwilliams1086 I've actually seen metal straps with concrete posts buried into the ground that supposedly keep them Tornado proof. I have also seen concrete and brick buildings leveled. Growing up in Alabama, rural country, I witnessed 4 funnels coming down during a lightening flash one night. Another night, we heard what we thought was Southern rail speeding down the tracks behind our house. Next morning, the tip top of our 200 year old oak trees were gone that surrounded our house. Parents built a home in a town 3 1/2 miles away in 1962. A few years later, the house in the country was leveled by a tornado and the oak trees. Can remember riding down the old dirt Spring Creek Road for miles and seeing where past funnels landed on forests and chewed and flattened the paths of the angry storms.

Weird, I always knew exactly everything that was packed in my luggage and been traveling since 1966, still doing it. Here is a tip don't travel if you can't manage such a simple task. The hard part is getting to your destination via airports.
